Job Rotation
Behavior change across
a warehouse network
A campaign for changing how a million people work, that other regions could run without me.
The challenge
Job Rotation reduces workplace injuries by moving associates between tasks. The program worked, the design problem was getting people to understand it, trust it, and show up for it.
The campaign had to live on the surfaces of a shift, break rooms, restrooms, staffing stations, the floor itself, for a loud, low-dwell, multilingual, mid-shift audience across viewing distances from underfoot to across a room.
My role
What I made
Owned end-to-end visual design for North America, concept through full deployment. The NA rollout became the foundation for global expansion.
A campaign brand system with its own mark and iconography, built on the in-building design system for instant recognition on day one. A full 360 rollout spans print, digital, environmental signage, floor graphics, and hardware moments including the badge scanner station. An icon set makes the concept of rotating between tasks legible without reading. A phased launch announces the program first and individual work paths second, so recognition precedes detail. An implementation toolkit lets on-site leaders deploy the whole thing themselves
The result
Launched across North America. Following a successful pilot, the program expanded globally, with the NA system serving as the creative template for the international rollout.
